Parents/Guardians’ Consent for Theatrical Production Rehearsal
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
As part of the 2025 church programme, a Creative Arts Christmas Production is planned for Sunday, 21 December 2025.
The theatrical production will aim to unite Old Testament anticipation with New Testament fulfillment, emphasising that the Christmas story is not an isolated moment of beauty but the pinnacle of God’s covenantal faithfulness. And it invites us to see ourselves as part of this story: people woven into God’s ongoing work of redemption.
The production rehearsal details are as follows:
Venue: Calvary Temple Church (gym and classrooms A-D)
Dates: Monday, 20 October - Sunday, 21 December 2025.
Time: Monday to Friday from 5pm – 7pm.
We will ensure that the teens are dismissed early, we kindly ask parents/guardians to arrange their pickups.
Please note that rehearsal will mostly be held 3 times a week only. We will practice every day when Sunday, 21 December draws near. Feel free to contact me for the weekly schedule.
If your son(s)/daughter(s) has shown interest in taking part in this production either through acting, music, media, stage design, script writing, backstage, or dancing - we humbly seek your consent to allow your son(s)/daughter(s) to be at rehearsals from Monday, 20 October onwards and to provide the needed transport. Please note that the minimum age to take part is 13 years old.
We request that the below portion of the consent form is signed and given when your son/daughter comes for rehearsal.
